5-Minute Tuna & Bean Salad
Protein per serving: ~ 25 g
- 1 can tuna drained
- 1 can white beans rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt, pepper, and herbs (parsley or dill) to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Serve over leafy greens, with crackers, or on toast.
