5-Minute Tuna & Bean Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 can white beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt, pepper, and herbs (parsley or dill) to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Serve over leafy greens, with crackers, or on toast.
