Instructions
Mix mayo, mustard, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Make sure your veggies and apples are thinly sliced and mostly uniform.
In a large bowl, mix dressing into veggies and apples.
Refrigerate overnight, mix, then serve.
