Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 2-3 oz smoked salmon
  • fresh dill (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.
  • Top each slice with smoked salmon and garnish with fresh dill.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
