red bell pepper (seeds removed, chopped)

extra virgin olive oil

barbecue skewers
sea salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Toss mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper into a a bowl with oil until well coated.
Pierce mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper onto barbecue skewers.
Season skewers with salt and pepper.
Grill over medium heat turning frequently until charred for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve on plate and enjoy!
