Bell Pepper Egg Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 4 red bell peppers
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425’F.
  • Slice pepper in half and carve out seeds.
  • Crack egg into cavity of each pepper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
