Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries of your choice

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  • Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  • Cover the jar/container and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold or microwave for a warm breakfast option. Top with additional berries if desired.
