halved and seeded

cooked bulgar

cup
diced tomatoes

cup
onion
diced

cumin

tbsp
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Sauté onion and tomatoes in olive oil, add cumin, salt, pepper.
Mix with cooked bulgur, stuff into zucchini halves.
Bake 20–25 min until tender.
Sprinkle cheese on top if desired.
