Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 1 zucchini chopped
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 cups broth

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 5–6 hours.
