Chickpea Coconut Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans chickpeas drained
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garlic

Instructions
 

  • Add everything except spinach to a slow cooker.
  • Cook low 4–6 hours.
  • Stir in spinach before serving.
