Chickpea Pasta with Tomato Sauce
Protein per serving: ~ 20 g
- 8 oz chickpea pasta
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 can mixed vegetables or frozen
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- parmesan cheese optional
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat marinara sauce and vegetables in a saucepan.
Toss pasta with sauce and olive oil. Top with parmesan if desired.
