Creamy Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Toss all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend at high speed for minute.
  • Add in additional almond milk if needed to get desired texture and consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
