Ingredients

cherry tomatoes
halved

fresh mozzarella
cubed

olive oil

balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook farro according to package instructions, drain, and cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine farro, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic, season with salt and pepper, and toss.
Notes
Tips: Can serve warm or cold. Add olives for extra flavor.
