Ingredients

cooked kamut
1
tbsp
olive oil
2
cloves
garlic
minced
½
cup
diced bell pepper
1
tsp
dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and bell pepper 3–5 min.
Add cooked kamut and thyme, stir well.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
Tips: Add toasted almonds or parsley for garnish.
