Garlic Heb Kamut Pilaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked kamut
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and bell pepper 3–5 min.
  • Add cooked kamut and thyme, stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.

Notes

Tips: Add toasted almonds or parsley for garnish.
