High Protein Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add the oats, water, and eggs whites to a small pot over medium heat, stirring continuously.
  • Cook for two to three minutes or until fluffy and cooked through.
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with peanut butter and chia seeds. Enjoy!
