Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
  • Cook low 5–6 hours.

Notes

Optional: thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry.
