Honey Garlic Chicken - Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chicken thighs diced
  • 4 cloved garlic minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ tsp chili flakes more or less by preference
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except corn starch to slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  • Take some liquid out and mix with cornstarch. Stir back into slow cooker.
  • Let sauce thicken, could take 10 minutes with heat on.
  • Serve with rice.

Notes

Optional toppings: green onion, sesame seeds, chili flakes
** Make this a freezer meal by freezing all ingredients except cornstarch in a airtight container for freezer bag. To cook, thaw and follow instructions.
