Add all ingredients except corn starch to slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Take some liquid out and mix with cornstarch. Stir back into slow cooker.
Let sauce thicken, could take 10 minutes with heat on.
Serve with rice.

Optional toppings: green onion, sesame seeds, chili flakes** Make this a freezer meal by freezing all ingredients except cornstarch in a airtight container for freezer bag. To cook, thaw and follow instructions.
