Kamut Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup kamut grains
  • 1 ½ cups milk or water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • Rinse kamut, combine with milk/water in a saucepan.
  • Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 20 min until tender.
  • Stir in honey, cinnamon, and nuts. Serve warm.
