Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs lean stew beef
  • 3 potatoes cubed
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 4 cups broth
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low 8 hours until tender.
