Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 cups broth
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken, remove.
  • Add orzo + broth, cook 10 minutes.
  • Return chicken, add spinach and lemon.
