Lentil & Vegetable Stew

Course Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried lentils
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups broth
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions
 

  • Add everything except spinach.
  • Cook low 6–8 hours.
  • Stir in spinach before serving.
