Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Protein per serving: ~ 15 g
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds optional
- ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
In a jar or container, mix all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Stir and enjoy cold - or warm in the microwave.
