Pesto Chicken Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 1 tomato (sliced)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375’F.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut each chicken breast in half to make thin slices like cutlets.
  • Transfer to baking sheet and top each slice with pesto and tomato slices.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
