Ingredients

quinoa
rinsed
2
cups
mild or plant-based milk
1
tsp
cinnamon
1
cup
mixed berries
fresh or frozen
1
tbsp
honey or maple syrup
¼
cup
chopped nuts
optional
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, bring quinoa and milk to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 12–15 min, stirring occasionally, until quinoa is tender.
Stir in cinnamon and sweetner.
Serve topped with berries and nuts.
Notes
Tips: Can substitute almond milk or oat milk. Great chilled as an overnight breakfast as well.
