Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • lbs Brussels Sprouts (quartered)
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Coarse Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400*F.
  • Toss cut brussels sprouts with oil and seasonings.
  • Spread flat on a cooking sheet.
  • Roast 20-25 minutes, stirring after 10, or until tender and lightly browned. Serve and enjoy!
