Roasted Chickpeas with Herbs and Spices

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  • Allow to cool before enjoying as a crunchy and protein-packed snack.
