freekeh
cooked

sweet potatoes
diced

cup
broccoli florets

olive oil
salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

tahini sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss sweet potatoes and broccoli in olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika.
Roast 20–25 min until tender.
Serve roasted veggies over freekeh and drizzle with tahini sauce.
Notes
Tips: Add chickpeas for protein boost.
