Slice sausage into ½ inch thick rounds.
Chop onions and peppers into 1 inch sized pieces.
Place sausage and veggies in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over veggie and sausage.
Toss to combine and evenly distribute seasonings.
Build kebabs, alternating between sausage and veggies.
Grill until slightly charred on each side. Brush BBQ sauce over each side as you turn them while cooking.
