Preheat oven to 425 °F
Slice sausages diagonally.
Chop bell pepper, onion, broccoli, and sweet potato.
Add sausage and chopped vegetables to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Toss to evenly coat.
Spread mixture onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Serve with parsley garnish.
