Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger

Instructions
 

  • Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side. Remove.
  • Cook veggies, then return shrimp and add sauce.
