Instructions
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Season both sides of the steak with salt.
Add the steak to the pan and cook for about two to three minutes per side, or until it has reached your desired doneness.
Set aside and let it rest for at least five minutes before cutting into slices.
Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the bread and layer with arugula and steak slices.
Close the sandwich and enjoy!
