Stir-Fried Tofu with Vegetables

Ingredients

tofu
cubed

cup
mixed vegetables
carrots, bell peppers, snap peas

tarami or coconut aminos
1
tbsp
sesame oil
1
tsp
ginger
minced
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a pan.
Add tofu and cook until golden.
Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Pour tamari and mix well.
