mixed greens

cucumber (diced)

yellow pepper (diced)

green onions (chopped)

firm tofu

sauerkraut

lime and avocado dressing (or dressing of choice)

extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Lightly fry diced tofu in extra virgin olive oil in a pan on stove top.
Finely dice/chop vegetables.
Add mixed green to unfolded wrap.
Add in vegetables, sauerkraut, and tofu.
Drizzle on dressing, fold wrap, and enjoy!
