can Rotel
drained, could substitute with chiles

drained and rinsed

can black beans
drained and rinsed

low sodium beef broth

tomato sauce
Instructions
In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown ground beef until cooked through.
Add onion and saute until tender. Drain excess grease.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve with optional toppings.

Optional Toppings: avocado, cheese, tortilla strips (or crushed chips), lime
