Tuna-Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado halved and pitted
  • 1 can tuna in water 15 oz, drained
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mash tuna with yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill avocado halves with the tuna mixture.
