Mix cream cheese (soften before hand!), cheese, olives, brine, garlic powder, and pepper until well combined.
Spread 2-3 tbsp of cream cheese mixture on each tortilla from edge to edge.
Place 3-4 slices of turkey on each tortilla, staying away from the edges.
Place a single layer of spinach over the turkey.
Roll up tortillas, use the cream cheese edges to stick closed.
Slice into 1 inch wide pieces. Enjoy!
