Turkey & Veggie Mini Meatballs

Makes: 20 meatballs
Protein per 4 meatballs: ~ 18g

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Roll into meatballs, place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
