Watermelon and Yogurt Popsicles

Watermelon
½
cup
Vanilla Yogurt
Optional Additions (small fruits)
Pomegranate Seeds
Blueberries, diced
Raspberries, diced
Instructions
Line baking tray with parchment.
Cut watermelon into wedges and insert popsicle stick through the rind. Freeze for 1 hour.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Spoon yogurt over watermelon slices. Sprinkle with diced fruit of choice.
Freeze until firm and enjoy!
