Watermelon and Yogurt Popsicles

Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ Watermelon
  • ½ cup Vanilla Yogurt

Optional Additions (small fruits)

  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Blueberries, diced
  • Raspberries, diced

Instructions
 

  • Line baking tray with parchment.
  • Cut watermelon into wedges and insert popsicle stick through the rind. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Spoon yogurt over watermelon slices. Sprinkle with diced fruit of choice.
  • Freeze until firm and enjoy!
