Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine wild rice, water, and salt together in a sauce pan.
  • Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cover.
  • Simmer for 40 minutes or until water is removed.
  • Remove cover, fluff with a fork, and enjoy!
