3 Steps to Better Health

  1. Change your mindset – motivation and determination are two important mental aspects we need in order to change our habits. You have to decide what your lifestyle changes should be to improve your health, why you’ll benefit from changing, and what consequences you’ll endure if you don’t change and keep with the same habits.
  2. Find support – this is probably one of the most important steps. In order to stick with change you should have a support person, or even better, a support team. This may be a professional, a friend or spouse, or maybe a community social media group. The whole point of support is to keep you focused, accountable and help you through roadblocks you’ll encounter.
