
Chicken Curry – Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup mango chutney
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 lb chicken breast diced
- 1 tsp garam masala
Instructions
- Add everything except garam masala to slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Mix to distribute sauce and stir in masala.
- Serve with rice and choice of vegetables.
Notes
** To make a freezer meal, add all ingredients except garam masala to an airtight
container or freezer bag. To coo, thaw and follow instructions.
