Chicken Curry – Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup mango chutney
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 2 lb chicken breast diced
  • 1 tsp garam masala

Instructions
 

  • Add everything except garam masala to slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  • Mix to distribute sauce and stir in masala.
  • Serve with rice and choice of vegetables.

Notes

** To make a freezer meal, add all ingredients except garam masala to an airtight
container or freezer bag. To coo, thaw and follow instructions.
