Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked amaranth
- 1 cup black beans mashed
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, form into 4 patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Tips: Serve with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
