Amaranth Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked amaranth
  • 1 cup black beans mashed
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients, form into 4 patties.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Notes

Tips: Serve with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
