Amaranth Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup amaranth
  • 1 ½ cups milk or water
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Bring milk to boil, stir in amaranth.
  • Reduce heat, simmer 18–20 min, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with banana, cinnamon, honey.
