
Amaranth Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients
- ½ cup amaranth
- 1 ½ cups milk or water
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Bring milk to boil, stir in amaranth.
- Reduce heat, simmer 18–20 min, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with banana, cinnamon, honey.
