Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Makes: 8 pancakes
Protein per 2 pancakes: ~ 12g

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour batter to make small pancakes, cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
