Diet consulting just means we will gather information about you; what your goals are, what your current diet is like, what your lifestyle is like and any pertinent health information like medications and lab work. We will then use this information to make safe, health-promoting recommendations geared specially for you. 

What does diet consulting entail?

We will use the gathered information mentioned above to come up with a detailed plan and behavior modifications. Every action step needs to be something you decide and agree upon, since our appointments are all about you and your goals. You won’t have to follow any diet that you don’t want to follow or eat any foods you don’t like to eat. Every behavior modification is guided by you and things that you’re comfortable doing. We are here to offer support, guidance, accountability, and knowledge along the way.
