
Grilled Salmon and Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 cup broccoli and peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp turmeric and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
- Place salmon and vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, turmeric, and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
