Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked millet
- 1 cup mixed veggies bell peppers, broccoli, carrots
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan, sauté veggies 5–7 min.
- Add millet and soy sauce, stir-fry 5 min.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
