Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • t tsp honey
  • fruit for topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a jar the night before
  • Grab and go in the morning!
