Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 400’F.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange broccoli florets on baking sheet and season with avocado oil, garlic powder, and sea salt. Toss well.
  • Roast in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Toss halfway through.
  • Remove from oven, divide between plates, & enjoy!
