- 1 cup roasted chickpeas
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ avocado sliced
- 2 tbsp tahini or yogurt
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange cooked teff in bowls.
- Top with chickpeas, carrots, and avocado.
- Drizzle with tahini or yogurt, season with salt and pepper.
