Teff Veggie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked teff
  • 1 cup roasted chickpeas
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 2 tbsp tahini or yogurt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange cooked teff in bowls.
  • Top with chickpeas, carrots, and avocado.
  • Drizzle with tahini or yogurt, season with salt and pepper.

Notes

Tips: Add roasted sweet potato or spinach for extra nutrients.
