Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup quinoa rinsed
- 2 cups broth
- 1 zucchini chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook chicken, remove.
- Add quinoa + broth + zucchini. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Return chicken and mix.
