One-Pot Chicken & Quinoa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups broth
  • 1 zucchini chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken, remove.
  • Add quinoa + broth + zucchini. Simmer 15 minutes.
  • Return chicken and mix.
